Danielle practices in the areas of Estate Planning & Administration, Elder Law, including guardianships and conservatorships, and litigates trust and estate matters.
Danielle earned her B.A. at the University of Virginia and J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2007. After serving as a judicial clerk to the late Honorable David Schuman of the Oregon Court of Appeals, she practiced general litigation, which included elder abuse cases, contested guardianship proceedings, and other family law matters. During her time as a litigator, Danielle served as President of both the Deschutes County Bar Association and Cascade Women Lawyers. She is currently a member of the Oregon State Bar Disciplinary Board.
Danielle is very involved in the Central Oregon community, serving as Vice Chair of the Deschutes Land Trust Board of Directors and as a volunteer for the Land Trust and the Humane Society of Central Oregon. She has previously served on the boards of other nonprofit organizations, including those of the Humane Society, East Cascades Audubon Society, and Opportunity Knocks.

When not practicing law, Danielle is an avid birder. She also enjoys hiking, kayaking, and traveling.
