Eric P. Apjoke is a general practitioner with an emphasis in probate litigation, administration, estate planning, and guardianships/conservatorships, but who also works in areas such as family law, consumer bankruptcy, and civil litigation. Prior to moving to Oregon, Eric worked with a general practice team in Denver, Colorado focused on the same areas. Prior to becoming an attorney, Eric had over ten years of experience as a paralegal exclusively helping families and individuals obtain bankruptcy relief. His prior work experience also includes ministry, non-profit administration, and interning with the United States Immigration Court. Eric regularly volunteers his time at pro se clinics (both in-person and online) with an emphasis on probate, guardianship, and conservatorship matters.
Eric is a 2013 graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and was a 2023 Super Lawyers Rising Star. He is currently a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Eric moved to the Bend/Redmond area to be closer to family. Born into a clan of travelers, Eric has visited Canada, Mexico, Ireland, Russia, New Zealand, and Portugal. His interests include hiking, meeting new people, learning new languages (currently focusing on Portuguese), and pretending to play the piano.
